  • How do I add Related or Upsell items to a product?

In your Shift4Shop Online Store Builder, navigate to the product to which you want to add these items. The Related and Up-selling tabs are at the top of the Product Information area.

  • Where will these appear on my product pages?

This depends on your theme, but all Shift4Shop themes are optimized to display them in an ideal location. This can be easily edited through the editor or through code if you have the knowledge.

  • How do I arrange the order in which these items appear?

In your product dashboard, each Up-sell or Related item is listed with a text field on the right in which you can enter a number to specify organization for these items.
