  • How do I find the Wish List feature?

In your Shift4Shop Online Store Builder, click Modules in the left-hand navigation. You can scroll down to find the Wish List module or simply type wish into the search bar at the top to bring it up.

  • Can I see the Wish Lists my customers have set up?

Yes. Locate the Wish List module as explained above, and then click the Wish Lists link a short distance to the right of the Enable Wish List checkbox.

  • What are the benefits of seeing my customers’ Wish Lists?

Wish Lists can provide helpful information about your products by illustrating demand, and providing insights. For example, if an item is frequently wishlisted but seldom bought, it may be a hint that it’s priced too high. You can also use the information to decide which items to discount for a promotion, providing a sales boost.
